San Leandro Water Pollution Control Plant Rehabilitation

The 4,000 SF expansion of San Leandro WPCP's  existing 4,000 SF Administration and Control Building is organized around a courtyard that celebrates an existing WPA era facade.  Renovation and expansion are designed to meet a LEED Silver level of certification for sustainability. A new lab, structural upgrades and new Mechanical and Electrical Systems are included.
