The complete upgrade and capacity expansion of the Walnut Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant includes the renovation and expansion of the Operations Building and Filter Galleries, as well as several new process support structures. Located in a high valley adjacent to a residential neighborhood, materials were selected for aesthetics, durability and finishes to complement the landscape.
