The Southeast Surface Water Treatment Facility (SESWTF) is a new water treatment facility that is designed to treat surface (river) water to drinking water standards and enable diversification of the City’s water supply. Burks Toma provided architectural design services for new process structures as well as a new Administration Building and Maintenance facility.
