Folsom South Canal Connection

In order to meet its water needs in time of draught, EBMUD expanded its infrastructure to bring water from the Sacramento River.  The project includes two new Pump Stations, totaling 18,760 SF, several support structures and 17 miles of pipeline. The pump stations’ massing and scale are derived from neighboring agricultural structures while their colors are borrowed from the warm palette of the surrounding landscape.
