Foster City Teen Center

Located in Leo J. Ryan Park, the proposed 9600 SF Foster City Teen Center occupies a prominent location on the City Lagoon.  The mass of the building separates the active recreation uses at the interior of the site from the public promenade along the lagoon, buffering noise generated by those activities.  The sunfilled “interior” courtyard faces the lagoon and creates a secure outdoor active area.
